Problems With Space Junk

Right now, there is literally tons of trash floating around in Space in our orbit.  Isn't that enlightening?  The fact that there is even trash up there to begin with, just goes to show how uncareful mankind can be.  With this problems, rises numerous amount of questions and issues.

One of these questions, is how do we get rid of all that garbage?  One suggestion, is to send a giant Magnet up into orbit, that will float around and collect the trash.  Great, another object floating up in Space, just what we need right?  Well, this is actually a great idea, if they go about it the right way.  There is always that IF, isn't there?  What is the right way to go about it?  Well, of course, everyone has their different opinions and points of views on it.

One point of view, is that we could always collect it, then send it off towards the Sun.  Seriously?  Yep, sounds logical if you think about it.  Some people say, well, it'll never make it there.  You're right, it won't make it there, in fact, I don't know if you noticed or not, but the Sun, is burning our skin when we stay out too long, even from that distance.  Imagine the closer it gets to the Sun, it'll vaporize before it gets there.

So, would argue that that's a bad thing, I ask, why?  Why is that a bad thing?  What harm is there in disintegrating garbage into the sun?  Some would argue, that our trash isn't supposed to be in Space.  I say, isn't that what Stars and Black Holes are?  Debris cleaners?  They get rid of the trash that's already out there don't they?  It's a natural waste disposal unit.  Built right into our own Solar System, as well as the numerous amount of others.

We can't simply keep hording the trash here can we?  Oh wait, there is another option.  We could recycle.  Now those same people that argue against sending trash into space, are going to argue that this is too much work?  Sorting cans and plastic into recycle bins?  Too much work?  Did you know that about 70 percent of our trash is recyclable?  Yet, at the same time, only about half of that, actually gets recycled?  Less than half actually.  So, if we recycled more, how much land would that free up?  How much better for the planet would that be as a whole?  Think about that one for a while.

The boss of a big company needed to call one of his employees about an
urgent problem with one of the main computers. He dialed the
employee's home phone number and was greeted with a child's whispered,
"Hello?"

Feeling put out at the inconvenience of having to talk to a youngster
the boss asked, "Is your Daddy home?"

"Yes", whispered the small voice.

"May I talk with him?" the man asked.

To the surprise of the boss, the small voice whispered, "No."

Wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, "Is your Mommy there?"

"Yes", came the answer. "May I talk with her?"

Again the small voice whispered, "No".

Knowing that it was not likely that a young child would be left home
alone, the boss decided he would just leave a message with the person
who should be there watching over the child.  "Is there anyone there
besides you?", the boss asked the child.

"Yes" whispered the child, "A policeman."

Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee's home, the boss
asked, "May I speak with the policeman"?

"No, he's busy", whispered the child.

"Busy doing what?, asked the boss.

"Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the Fireman," came the whispered
answer.

Growing concerned and even worried as he heard what sounded like a
helicopter through the ear piece on the phone the boss asked, "What is
that noise?"

"A hello-copper", answered the whispering voice.

"What is going on there?", asked the boss, now alarmed.

In an awed whispering voice the child answered, "The search team just
landed the hello-copper."

Alarmed, concerned and more than just a little frustrated the boss
asked, "Why are they there"?

Still whispering, the young voice replied along with a muffled giggle,
"They're looking for me!"

Easy, Simple, Dip

I've found an awesome Dip that I want to share with people.  This dip is really great.  Very tasty.  Not something you'd want to eat a  lot of while on a Diet.  You'll definitely want to eat this with moderation highly in mind.  One other thing, it's easy to make.  Here's what you'll need.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground mild beef.  Jimmy Dean or your preferred brand.
1 can of Rotel tomatoes.  Or any can of diced tomatoes you'd like to use.
2 packages of Cream Cheese.  8oz.  You can use 1 package of 16oz if you wish.

Directions are rather easy too.  Here's what to do.

Directions:
1 - Brown 1 pound of Ground Beef.
2 - While the pan is hot, add the Cream Cheese, then cook it into the ground beef.
3 - Add the can of Tomatoes, then turn off heat.  Done.
4 - Serve.

I find that this is best served heated.  Great reheated too.

Things You Must Do Before Traveling To A Foreign Country

People love to travel.  Especially Americans.  Americans put so much money into travel, but there are a few things that you need to do before you leave the country.  This applies to anyone really.

- Get a Passport.  This should be a no brainer.  Should be the first thing you do.  Months ahead of time.

- Pick up a phrase book or language program.  Far too many Americans travel to a foreign country and expect them to be able to speak English.  Contrary to popular belief, English is not a Universal language.  At least learn enough of the language that you can get around, order food, tell time, count currency, and ask for directions.  You'll be glad you did.

- Don't pack to heavy.  You're not moving there, so don't pack the suitcase full of stuff you don't need.  Want to take books?  I've heard of people taking a Kindle with them on their travels to lesson the load of books.  You don't need a weeks worth of clothing either.  If you need more clothing, buy it when you get there.  Only pack one bag and one carry on.  You'll thank me later.

- Buy a map before you go.  You'll be surprised how much time having the right map will save.

- When you finally get there.  Don't be a typical tourist.  The gems of the country are often found where the locals go.  Want a good spot to eat?  Ask a few of the locals.

Follow these few tips and your next trip will be much lighter and a lot more fun.

Family Reunions

I'm at my cousins house, but that's not going to stop me from producing content.  I have a family Reunion coming up and I was wondering what you guys like about them.

So, what do you like about family Reunions?  Me, I happen to like being able to spend time with my cousins and little cousins.  It's fun to be able to spend time with your family that you don't get to see that often.  The food is awesome.  Most of the time, the way our Family Reunions work, is we generally have a pot luck style get together where everyone brings a dish.  Sometimes someone brings two dishes.  Depending on how much work they want to do and what the feel like making.  Just the thought alone of getting together and spending time with people you don't get to that often, regardless of how old they are, is an awesome thought.  Especially if you like those people.

What kind of food do you look forward to seeing at Get Togethers.  I love to see Banana Pudding.  I know, for someone who is trying to get a six pack, it's not the greatest thing to eat.  We have to keep in mind though, that everything in moderation.  When it comes to food at least.  Sure, some things we should steer clear of.  Like, greasy foods.  Family Reunions doesn't mean you have to indulge   The whole point of a family reunion is the fact that we get together and spend time with our family.  We should spend time with our family anyway.  At least the ones that we can.

One final question.  Do you ever bring friends to your Family Reunions or get togethers?  I have yet to do that myself, but I'm sure I would, if my friend was bored, or didn't have anything else to do.
